Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return & Refund Guidelines
- Return Window: Contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery to ask for a return or report a defective/incorrect item.

- Pre-Approval Required: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once you get return instructions:
- Repack items in their original packaging and clearly write your order number on the outside.
- Drop the package off at your local post office.
- Most refunds are processed within 7 business days after we get the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (original & return) are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery to qualify.
- Restocking Fees:
- Standard returns: 15% restocking fee.
- Returns of 2–3 items (single or multiple orders): 25% restocking fee.
- Returns of 4 or more items: 30% restocking fee.
- Customer pays return shipping. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC).

Important Notes
- Orders placed with “buy-many-keep-one” intent will be canceled.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages or for customs delays/fees.
- If a package is lost, destroyed, or returned due to incorrect location or incomplete details, no refund will be issued. If the recipient is unavailable, no refund will also be issued.
- Rejected packages are not accepted. Please sign for your package before contacting us.
- Fraudulent bulk purchases or malicious refusal to pay will be reported to local authorities.
Cancellation Policy
Most ZazzleHaven dresses are made to order, so once production begins, materials and labor can’t be reused. You may cancel within the time frames below:

Once your order has shipped, it can’t be canceled.
